FAQ
Pricing questions
Are prices including GST?
No. All prices are per month, excluding GST.
Do you take a percentage of what you recover?
No, never. Tradie Quo charges a flat monthly fee. Taking a share of recovered debts is how collection agencies work, and that needs a licence in some states. We’re your admin team, not a collector.
What if I send more than 30 quotes or invoices?
We’ll tell you before you reach the limit and agree a fair price for the extra volume with you. No surprise bills.
What is the founding rate?
The Lot costs $549 a month instead of $599 for our first 20 tradies.
Is the website build extra?
No. The website build is included in Get Found and The Lot, and hosting is included while you’re with us.
What happens to my website if I leave?
It’s yours to keep. We hand it over so you can host it yourself, or we keep hosting it for $25 a month.
Is the domain included?
No. Your domain is registered in your business name, so the registration fee is yours. We help you set it up.
