The name
Every job starts with a quote.
Most tradies are brilliant at the job and buried by everything around it: quotes typed up at 10pm, invoices sent a week late, and awkward texts to people who haven’t paid.
Tradie Quo starts where every job starts, with the quote, and carries it all the way to “paid, thanks”. Less admin, and more time on the tools.
Why we started
Tradies were doing a second job every night.
Ask any tradie what they do after dinner and the answer is the same: quotes, invoices, and texting people who haven’t paid. ServiceTitan’s 2026 State of the Trades found 57% of Australian trade operators now call billing their biggest headache, up from 20% a year before. CreditorWatch has about one in ten Australian invoices more than 60 days overdue.
The options weren’t great. Apps make you faster, but you still do the work. Virtual assistants do the work, but by the hour and without a system. Collection agencies only step in once a debt has gone bad, and take a big cut when they do.
So we built the thing in between: the whole quote-to-cash job, done for you, for a flat monthly fee. Good systems keep it affordable. A person checks every message so it stays right.
Who we are
Two brothers, one obsession with systems.
Tradie Quo was started by two brothers with backgrounds in marketing, automation and search. Between us we have 15+ years of combined experience in marketing, automation and search, helping businesses get found on Google and building systems that do boring work reliably.
We’re starting in Sydney and across NSW, with tradies on Xero running teams of 1 to 10 people. We’d rather do that well than do everything badly.

The rules we hold ourselves to
A person checks everything
Every message is checked by a person before it reaches your client.
Your name, your client
Messages go out in your name. You stay the creditor and you stay in charge of the relationship.
Flat fee, no cut
We never take a percentage of what you’re owed. Our incentive is to keep you, not to squeeze your clients.
We follow the guideline
Every reminder and call follows the ACCC and ASIC debt collection guideline on timing, frequency and tone.
We stay in our lane
No letters of demand, no legal action, no BAS. We refer you to licensed partners when you need them.
Your money is yours
Clients pay you directly. Tradie Quo never holds client money.
